No professional referral is required but to be eligible for membership you must have had personal experience of mental distress.
You will be asked to complete a membership form providing references and to attend an introductory meeting with staff. All information provided is confidential and protected by Date Protection Act
Please note that Lifecraft does not have the expertise or experience to help people who have a dual – diagnosis/drug or alcohol addiction.
