Providing a freephone confidential support service across Cambridgeshire between 7.00pm and 11.00pm, 365 days a year.

In early 2005 a new telephone system was installed that is helping us manage calls more efficiently and could potentially increase our number of volunteers on duty each evening.

We remain a close partner to the Mental Health Helplines Partnership (MHHP) and through this group proposed changes in government policy towards funding mental health helplines are being closely monitored as well as developments in Department of Health funding.
